The automatic scanning system for package weighing and volume measurement, namely the dynamic DWS system, is an automatic equipment integrated with package weighing, volume measurement, bar code scanning and collection of physical images, able to customize processing, filing and uploading of data, and screen uploading data based on customers' demands.
By virtue of high bar code identification rate, high-definition camera, clear image and high collection and integration speed, all pictures complying with requirements can be uploaded, and missing panoramic/sectional pictures can be placed in specified positions to facilitate to check errors. Error rate of information-picture matching is almost 0.
High maintainability and anti-interference, and simple operation.
It can be connected to the original conveying line, which has greatly improved working efficiency of the logistics transit depot, lowered labor cost, reduced artificial interference and improved accuracy.
