Warehouse Control System is a management control system between WMS and PLC. It receives tasks from WMS, performs path splitting and task assignment, then communicates tasks to the specific PLC, drives the production line to complete the conveying of designated containers and finally realizes the conveying of goods in the warehouse.
WCS virtualizes the equipment into different modules in the system for message delivery, it can receive the upper-level tasks through its interface, integrate the tasks, reach the task processing level and disassemble tasks by combining its own resources to achieve rapid and efficient processing of tasks. The process of entire task will be displayed in real time and its lifecycle can be tracked intuitively. Through the message module and task module of the corresponding device, control instruction, device code, execution results, instruction issuance time, instruction completion time and operator can be viewed.
