The Intelligent Put Wall System is an integrated system that fully automates the sorting of various types of materials. The system is mainly composed of induction, sorter, grid and a dispatching system. The induction is used for buffering and identifying material information, and conveying the material to the sorter. The sorting system delivers the material to the designated bay according to the scheduling system instructions. The compartment stores materials and feeds back the storage situation to the scheduling system.
