With the warmth and reluctance of summer, the 2024 "Future Star" induction training camp of KENGIC has come to a successful conclusion! Although two weeks is not a long time, it is enough to serve as a brilliant prelude to everyone's dream, witnessing the profound integration and brilliant growth of 52 young hearts.

A group of college students with dreams and vitality, with infinite vision for the future, gathered at KENGIC like the rising sun, and started a journey of growth towards the future.

Do you still remember the shyness and restraint when you first met? Under the magic of "ice-breaking games", all tension and restraint instantly disintegrated. We used simple games to get to know each other in laughter, narrowed the distance between hearts, and from strangers to familiarity, we used a unique way to light up this extraordinary journey.

Every class in the training camp is like a key to a new era in the workplace, leading us to explore the vast ocean of knowledge and skills. In particular, the company chairman’s personal sharing, with vivid examples and profound insights, provides us with valuable inspiration and direction for growth.

In such an interactive and inspiring atmosphere, we continue to learn new knowledge, dare to share insights, move forward hand in hand on the road of growth, and achieve a leap in value.

In the outdoor development with Qingdao characteristics, we interweave sweat and laughter, challenge and trust go hand in hand. We learn in play and grow in cooperation. We use wisdom and courage to unlock each level, making the on-the-job training no longer a boring explanation, but a fun-filled exploration journey.
