Miniload SRM

The single-column miniload SRM is mainly composed of upper and lower rails, lower beam (including traveling clamping drive), columns, cargo platform, cargo forks, safety and detection accessories, and control systems.

The double-column miniload SRM is mainly composed of upper and lower rails, upper and lower beams (including traveling clamping drive), front and rear columns, cargo platform, cargo forks, safety and detection accessories, and control systems.

Its working principle is that the servo motor drives the whole machine to run along the track. The motor drives the drum to make the cargo platform rise and fall vertically on the column track, and the cargo forks telescope and retract, thereby realizing the storage and retrieval of cargo. Under computer control, the SRM can automatically identify and address, so that cargo can be accessed according to a predetermined path.

【Single column】

The max. traveling speed is 360m/s, and the max. traveling acceleration is 3m/s2;

The max.lifting speed is 120m/s, and the max.lifting acceleration is 3m/s2;

The telescopic speed of the fork is 120m/s, and the max.telescopic acceleration is 1.5m/s2 (full load) and 3m/s2 (unloaded);

Designed to carry 50kg per deep, single and double stations;

The design height of the application scene is 20 meters.

【Double columns】

The max. traveling speed is 360m/s, and the max. traveling acceleration is 2m/s2;

The max. lifting speed is 180m/s, and the max.lifting acceleration is 2m/s2;

The telescopic speed of the fork is 100m/s, and the max.telescopic acceleration is 1m/s2 (full load) and 2m/s2 (unloaded);

Designed to be single or double deep, with a load capacity of 100kg and double workstations;

The design height of the application scene is 20m.
