The picking station is a manual picking workstation designed to achieve efficient and precise picking in the logistics and warehousing industry. It can be adapted to different processes and industries. It is fully optimized in terms of ergonomics and efficiency, which can effectively reduce personnel work intensity and improve logistics efficiency.
The picking station is divided into two floors. The upper floor is for storage tote and the lower floor is for order tote. There are 2 workstations arranged for storage tote, with alternate picking. The number of order tote is determined according to the specific working conditions. Generally, 4-6 workstations are arranged. Each work station is equipped with an electronic label system to display order data in real time, supplemented by an industrial computer to display order paths and modify orders. The upper and lower work stations are connected to the main line through a lifting transplanter, and are supplemented by electric lifting stops to accurately control the position of the material box. Each upper station is equipped with a tilting device to control the tilt angle of the material box to facilitate operator operation.
