• Raw Materials & Mixing: We utilize Automated Storage & Retrieval Systems （AS/RS） and AGV/CTU fleets to handle rubber bales, chemicals, and rubber sheets. This completely eliminates dust pollution, prevents manual weighing errors, and significantly reduces inventory footprints and material loss.

• Semi-Finished Products: Our line-side AS/RS and intelligent AGV scheduling ensure the precise, timely delivery of complex semi-products (treads, sidewalls, etc.) directly to Tire Building Machines (TBMs), perfectly resolving messy intermediate logistics and strict timing requirements.

• Tire Building: To eliminate cycle time mismatches and WIP accumulation, green tires are automatically weighed, barcoded, and transported to our Green Tire Storage SRM.

Core Tech: Operating at a blistering 5 m/s with a specialized dual-station cross fork, this high-density stacker crane safely handles tires by the pair, eliminating manual handling damage.

Curing: Precision is key. Tires are retrieved and perfectly aligned by orientation robots to protect barcodes. Then, our flexible overhead Electrified Monorail System （EMS） takes over.

Core Tech: Gliding smoothly at speeds up to 270 m/min, the EMS delivers green tires directly to curing presses, maximizing floor space utilization and preventing tire deformation from prolonged stacking.

l Inspection & Final Delivery: After navigating automated inspection buffering conveyors, finished tires reach the end of the line.

Core Tech: Our High-Speed Gantry Robot provides rapid sorting and palletizing, feeding into the towering Super-High SRM (reaching up to 40 meters with up to 30 - ton payload capacity). This guarantees massive storage density, lightning-fast order picking, and highly efficient telescopic automated truck loading.
