• UV Coating & UV Printing Solutions: High-precision insulation technologies designed to enhance battery safety and component-level traceability.

•  The UV Smart Coating System incorporates an innovative "5-side cell spraying + 1-side terminal face printing" technology, reducing comprehensive production costs by over 50% compared to traditional 6-side printing.

•  The UV Smart Printing System adopts a compact, modular design that integrates pretreatment (casing texturing & cleaning), UV printing, and automatic inspection into a highly adaptable footprint.

• ESS Assembly Line Solution: Flexible, modular assembly systems designed to adapt to various configurations of Energy Storage System (ESS) modules and packs.

These solutions are complemented by Li-MOM, KENGIC’s specialized software platform for the new energy industry. By integrating Digital Twin capabilities, Li-MOM allows manufacturers to simulate, monitor and optimize their logistics and production processes in real time, minimizing downtime during factory scaling.
