The AS/RS is divided into four levels and two areas. They are the storage area and the pre-storage conveying area; the storage area is the automatic shelf arrangement area with 6 SRM, about 70 meters long and 69 meters wide; the pre-storage conveying area is the order picking and in/outbound area, about 65 meters long and 9.3 meters wide.

Advantage:

1. Through the customized SRM, the automation of pallet warehouse and box warehouse in the process of putting on shelves, storing, taking off shelves, picking, and replenishing goods is realized.

2. Through the WMS, the inventory accuracy rate has been greatly improved, reaching more than 99.99%.
