The total construction area of the warehouse is about 9219㎡, divided into 2 floors; it is designed with 7120 locations for SRM pallet warehouse and 13,000 locations for AGV tote warehouse. It realizes the goods-to-person picking and automatic distribution of production materials.

Advantage:

Through the conveyor line, AGV, CTU, and SRM, the automation and informatization of loading, storage, unloading, goods-to-person picking, and production line handling are realized.

Through the WMS, the inventory accuracy rate has been greatly improved, reaching more than 99.99%.
