This project uses a vision-guided robot to load battery cells into trays in batches, combined with the design concept of the automated logistics system, to fully integrate non-standard packaging, labeling, taping, corner protection, film wrapping and other packaging processes.
It solves the long-term problem of heavy labor and data errors in back-end packaging, such as manual selection, transportation, and packaging, and realizes fully automated production of cylindrical lithium batteries in the back-end.
