The Singulation System is mainly composed of scattering belt conveyor, separation belt conveyor, centering roller and vision system. The scattering belt conveyor scatters the packages transmitted from the upstream to both sides and makes a slight distance, and then the separation belt conveyor uses the vision system to draw and line the packages, and the centering roller machine centers and shapes the queued packages. The system supports seamless connection with various types of automated sorting equipment to realize fully automatic transmission and sorting of parcels. Compared with the traditional logistics manual sorting operation, it can greatly reduce the labor input and improve the efficiency of package processing.
