This project is to solve the storage problem of Haisun Printing, to build a set of AS/RS system, to open the data silo, to realize equipment interconnection, to further save labor costs, to improve the efficiency of production flow, to help Haisun Printing to build a production automatic control, scheduling automatic optimization and resource planning management three fusion of intelligent manufacturing deployment.

The control system adopts open standard industrial field bus and decentralized control/centralized management control architecture, with excellent compatibility and scalability; the equipment has reasonable layout, clear identification and convenient maintenance.
