Main data:: It covers the automation of the whole process of online inspection, receiving and feeding, conveying and handling, sorting and storage of small materials, sulfur and film in the production process of all-steel tires, as well as the automatic inspection, sorting, storage, in/outbound and information management of semi-finished products, finished tires and production molds.

Scope of supply:: 17 sets of SRM, 31 AGVs, 8,500 locations, 11 gantry robots, 6 articulated robots, conveyor systems, RGVs, EMS

The project is designed for an annual production capacity of 2 million sets of all-steel tires (up to 2.5 million sets in the future); it mainly consists of automatic and intelligent storage, conveying and feeding systems for materials used in the production of all-steel tires. There are 11 sub-systems covering all tire production processes.
