First, the characteristics of e-commerce logistics

2. Intelligent. In e-commerce logistics, the whole process of physical displacement is highly automated and semi-automated, and real-time monitoring is carried out in the process of supply chain processing. Therefore, the focus of e-commerce logistics is the process of automation and intelligent design creation.

3. Informationization. The development of e-commerce is bound to be accompanied by the development and progress of informatization. Therefore, in the context of the development of e-commerce, the informationization of logistics must also keep pace. Without the informationization of logistics, any advanced technology and equipment cannot be in the field of logistics. Applicable, logistics informationization is the commercialization of logistics information, the standardization and real-time of logistics information transmission, and the digitization of logistics information storage.

7, novelty. E-commerce logistics reflects the characteristics of the new economy, and is the starting point and foothold of logistics information management. E-commerce itself is a product of highly developed information. However, China's current management of information activities is not yet mature, and the management of e-commerce logistics is not yet mature. Therefore, e-commerce logistics is still a new thing and has certain novelty.

Second, the e-commerce logistics industry layout planning

From the policy point of view, the 13th Five-Year Special Plan has been released one after another, and the e-commerce logistics incentive measures have been intensively introduced. In March 2016, the “National E-Commerce Logistics Development Special Plan (2016-2020)” was released, which clearly stated that it will basically form by 2020. The e-commerce logistics system with “complete layout, optimized structure, powerful functions, efficient operation and high quality service” is a programmatic document guiding the development of China's e-commerce logistics during the “13th Five-Year Plan” period, marking the entry of China's e-commerce logistics into a new development stage. The "13th Five-Year Development Plan for E-Commerce", the "13th Five-Year Plan for Trade and Logistics Development" and the "13th Five-Year Plan for Development of Domestic Trade Circulation" also put forward relevant work requirements for e-commerce logistics. The State Council's "National Agricultural Modernization Plan (2016-2020)" clearly stipulates that new business entities should be connected to various e-commerce platforms, improve the standard system and the cold chain logistics system, and propose that the online retail sales of agricultural products at the end of the "13th Five-Year Plan" will account for agriculture. The total output value has reached the target of 8%. Some provinces and cities have also introduced 13th five-e-commerce logistics development plans suitable for the development of the region. With the implementation of e-commerce logistics service standards and cross-border commodity e-commerce business service specifications, market services have become more standardized.

Third, the status quo of e-commerce development

From January to November 2017, the e-commerce platform revenue was 218.8 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 43.4%. Compared with the slowdown in the cumulative monthly revenue growth in 2016, the e-commerce platform revenue growth rate fluctuated greatly in 2017, and the overall revenue of the platform was growing rapidly.
