Complementing this strategic vision, Chang Kim Wong, KENGIC’s Regional Sales Director (SEA), delivered a highly attended keynote presentation at VILOG Talk. Titled "Accelerating Logistics Upgrades in Vietnam: Best Practices and Future Trends," Chang's presentation provided actionable benchmarks and technical roadmaps for local enterprises looking to optimize their intralogistics workflows, particularly in general manufacturing, F&B, cold storage, FMCG, and express logistics sectors.

Cutting-edge Technologies on Display
At the exhibition booth, KENGIC showcased its proprietary integrated hardware and software ecosystem. Featured technologies included the high-density Pallet AS/RS, miniload Stacker Cranes (SRMs), which deliver stable operation even in sub-zero environments as low as -30℃. It also presented the agile shuttle systems including tote 4-way shuttle, pallet 4-way shuttle, fly shuttle for high-speed buffering, and the high-efficiency Loop Cross-belt Sorter that can process more than 25,000 items per hour. All hardware equipment is seamlessly coordinated and managed by KENGIC's proprietary WMS, WCS, and 3D SCADA digital twin software platform.

Localized Support & ASEAN Expansion
Recognizing the importance of local supply chain resilience, KENGIC continues to expand its regional infrastructure. In addition to its localized operations and maintenance (O&M) network and spare parts hub in Vietnam, KENGIC runs a fully established subsidiary in Singapore to serve the broader ASEAN market, with an upcoming office in Indonesia to support South Asian expansion.
